It can be said, "not everyone needs to own a handgun, nor may one ever own a single firearm of any nature whatsoever, but surely it is undeniably logical, that nearly every single man, woman and child in our great country would benefit from learning the basic knowledge and most importantly the elements of safety education with regard to firearms."
